That they would take it out of our account every month, the amount was different. We kept our bank statements to prove it and all he could say was sorry we don't know. So it turned out he only did my wifes and lost mine all together.We asked him to figure it out 6 weeks later we get a call saying I needed to sign a affidavit saying that I am who I say I am. What about the driver's license I showed for the policy as well as my SS number. And these issues are still being dealt with and not complete, he cost us so much money and wasted time!
