This insurance company is a crock of BS! Customer service is non existent. You can't get anyone on the phone. My car was wrecked airbags deployed I have left multiple messsges in a total week I have talk to 2 people one of which is a supervisor with a terrible attitude. I have a car that is a 2023 high end vehicle basically they sent me a check out which they never told me or contacted me about to fix my car but I can't even get them on the phone to get my vehicle released. I've been told things will be sent out but nothing gets done by the adjusters and no one answers my calls not even the customer service department! STAY AWAY. Horrible insurance. I am talking about their claims office when you have a car accident of theft, etc. Their agents maybe ok while selling you insurance but when time comes to get paid, you will be treated with the most unprofessional adjusters and managers. They simply DO NOT CARE, no one returns calls, they do not respond to e-mails, they will not pay, each time, they will come with a new excuse as to why they haven't paid. Please please please make sure to report this company to the Department of Insurance if you have bad experience, which is very very likey. Can not understand as to how a company with the lowest service ever can be in business. This is such a horrible insurance and customer service. The holder of this insurance policy hit my vehicle on Saturday at 8:30 6/11 five days later My car has not been picked up for assessment, and they are declining to give me a rental until the auto shops picks up my vehicle What the F!!! is that. Plus the auto shop is in Los Angeles, and they are picking up my vehicle in Long Beach, FRED LOYA is in TEXAS and they work Mountain eastern time, meaning that I will go on a sixth day without a rental. WTF. And I have to accommodate the insurance because they hadn't gotten that insurance holder's statement or taking liability for hitting me. What a disgrace of insurance and says they are for Latinos. Really make accommodations to assist all states equally and not just have Mountain Time so that I have to spend 8 hours trying to deal with this issue. Car rentals are open 24 hours, the rental can be set up so that I can pick up a rental after 6pm California time, but noooo because the auto shop does not have my vehicle in their possession, I cannot get a rental. REALLY never had this happened to me before. What a horrible insurance!!!! read more
