My husband and I signed up after our free trial lesson on 8/20/2021…read more We loved the lesson and thought this would be great place to have some fun and some couple time. Due to our schedules we booked our first paid lesson on 8/27/2021 we enjoyed that lesson as well. Booked our second lesson on 9/3/2021 which I had cancel due to traveling issues. I called and left message on 9/2/2021 to reschedule. I never heard back from BallroomX. The following week my husband and I got sick. So our focus was not on our lessons. However on 9/13/2021 BallroomX drafted $393.53 out of our account. Our student enrollment agreement states that the monthly payment starting 9/20/2021. That would mean the first draft was 7 days early. I called and left another message on 9/14/2021 and again on 9/23/2021. No one called me back. On 10/6/2021 the second draft came out of our account again two weeks early. I called on 10/7/2021 and spoke with Anthony who said when he got in front of computer to look up our account he could call me back. No call back again...  Once again I called left another message on 10/8/2021, voicing my frustration and my Intent to cancel my student agreement. About 30mins later I got call however the connection was bad and could not hear what the gentleman was saying. I did hear him say he would call me back. I didn't get a call back. I sent email on 10/8/2021 to cancel our agreement & get a refund. Did not get returned email or call back. At this point BallroomX has showed what kind of money hungry company, with no respect for their students. We want nothing to do this BallroomX

I guess that…read morewas just to get us to sign up, Jerrica did one or two lessons and then passed them off to underlings. Bait and Switch. The quality and timing (cancellations) of solo practices resulted in us getting them additional outside training. Website home page still has last year's info and links from two years ago. Last minute cancellations and venue changes, with us coming to studio needlessly multiple times. At first performance, while sitting there peacefully waiting for the dances to start, Vault photographer shows up at last minute and wants the space I'm saving for my daughter. I tell her no. She moves our stuff and takes it anyway. Jerrica told my granddaughter she could be in HipHop. Granddaughter was all excited. Then when my granddaughter showed up to practice, Jerrica said she changed her mind. Though first Jerrica said she never said ok, but later admitted it. Granddaughter was very disappointed. Now the season is almost over and we still don't have the jacket we paid for a long time ago. Jerrica said she has it. She's just not ready to give it me. Forget resolving any issues that arise, Jerrica unwilling to address or followup. Jerrica will just say it never happened. It appears, if you add a class it costs more, but if you drop a class you are told it's part of the program and no refund. Update: My granddaughters were dismissed from studio due to this review. How were they informed? By their teammates. How were we informed? By my granddaughters.
