I registered my daughter for this program fall 2023, she had a good time and the facility was…read moreclean, she also participated in a camp on the summer. august 2024 I contacted the studio asked if we could try out a hip hop class, they said yes and my daughter did and I wasn't impressed and my daughter thought it was boring... after the class, I asked my daughter (who is 6) if she wanted to do a ballet class because I had heard that some of her friends were going to be attending this class as well she said maybe.. The Monday before the class Hope (the owner) contacted me via text message to see if I would be registering my daughter for the hip-hop class (Which I thought was strange) I responded with I think we're going to do ballet. I think it's on Tuesday... Hope responded with they had a Tuesday class and a Wednesday class I told her I think we will be attending the Tuesday class however my daughter is not feeling well but we will try to make it The owner responded with I will add her to the roster I hope she feels better. I responded with thank you, because that's what you do when someone tells you that they hope your child feels better when they're not well. A few minutes later, she charged my credit card, which I didn't even know until I had looked at my statement did not know that her telling me she was going to add my daughter to the roster meant she was going to register my child for this class. I wasn't even sure if we were going to make it, I had planned on registering my child the night we attended the class. I did not know that "I'm going to add her to the roster" meant that you're going to pay for this class now I'm fighting with the credit card company trying to get a refund for a class that my daughter did not attend and for a class that I did not register my daughter for. I'm the one who should decide if I register my child for a class or not the owner took it upon herself to keep my credit card information on file since June 2024 to then turn around and charge my credit card in August 2024 without my permission. She did not ask me if I wanted my child registered for the class. She simply said I'm going to add her to the roster. When I told her I wanted a refund because we're not going to do the class she told me she couldn't give me a refund. I picked up the phone and tried to call her. She didn't even answer my call. She just simply continued to send me text messages. Then in the same conversation, she told me that she would give me a 50% refund. Honestly, it's not about the money. It's the simple fact that I didn't give this company permission to charge my card. I didn't give permission to register my child for this class.. Going forward, I would hope that they would not conduct business via text messaging and I would hope that next time they charge somebody's credit card that they need to spell out I am adding your child to the roster, which means I am taking it upon myself to register your child for this class. I never thought that I would be going back-and-forth about an extracurricular activity that I never registered for that my child never attended. This whole situation has been completely ridiculous, unnecessary and unprofessional

Starting a 3+ hour rehearsal at 5pm on a Friday for 3-4 year olds was really tough, and making them sit through another long recital the next day was also difficult. The studio wasn't receptive to suggestions to make the process easier for the youngest kids - in fact, one class was featured nearly at the end of the 2 act recital. Hopefully the studio will take into account all of the suggestions and workarounds provided by parents and staff to make this a more positive experience in the future because my child really enjoyed the class!

These toddlers just nailed their 1st Mommy & Me performance and I know I wasn't the only one blown away with how well these girls did! One of my biggest requests was 24-hour access, which was added within the last month. They have the typical cable weights, free weights, cardio, and a smoothie bar/station. But, they recently added an area that allows more Crossfit workouts, i.e., box jumps, sled drags, and such. Are you going to get something that a bigger club has, like a basketball court, swimming pool, and such nope. But you get the personalization of the owner being there, the staff knowing who you are when you visit, and it is not overcrowded. The staff consistently exceeds expectations and is very personable when I am there. If you want a more personalized experience instead of your average overcrowded gym, give them a try.
