They got tired and actually just stopped working. The job was not done - lots left untouched with very rough unworked patches. Left patches untouched after the pour - rough. Holes, cuts, dents, dry, flaking concrete, a patch about 5 feet by 3 feed untouched with gravel not worked down and easily scraped off with your shoe. Long dents and ridges where their float sat. The man was very nice. He needed a crew to complete the job correctly. The woman was very rude to me. She kept saying they would jack hammer it up and redo it. This would destroy our pool coping and sides. It would also destroy the framework and seemed like a strange suggested solution. It was rough - like a bad barn sidewalk. A very nice man though. We wish them the best. We will have to patch, sand, and knock down high spots and fill holes and deep cuts with something. We would recommend if you hire this company to make sure he has a crew and does not bring his wife. Although she tried, she is just not good at concrete work and she would not admit that it looked really bad. The man did admit it and he offered not to charge us. He said it was the worst project he's done along with one other. You can't do a big concrete pour project without a crew.

He met with the insurance adjuster at my house to make sure nothing was missed. He kept in contact with the adjuster to work out the details. I felt very comfortable with Nate - I never felt he would take advantage of my lack of construction knowledge. I had complete trust in him. The work was performed quickly and efficiently. I was out of town when the work was done. When I arrived home, there were no signs that they had even been there. I was very impressed with their work and professionalism. Highly recommended!
