So update on my trailer I E-mailed the manufacturer…read more(Jayco) and discussed the issues I have had my emails started on the 17th of July on the 20th of July they responded with sorry your warranty ran out on the 19th of July and will not do anything so all of the issues have been repaired by myself or will need to be repaired by myself anyway my advice would be DO NOT buy any of the Jayco products they are very very poorly made and if the dealer does not give a crap about the customer all repairs will be on you, the dealership only cares about selling you this crap after that I would guess from my experience they never want to hear from you again and will do pretty much whatever it takes to make it that way

I never receive a phone call and was just notified this morning that my money is being refunded because someone else purchased it. I was told when I put a deposit down that I had first right of refusal and would be given the opportunity to "jump in or out" if someone else made an offer. I was NEVER given that chance. I wouldn't trust this location's management to be honest with you about what making a deposit on a vehicle means. They don't honor their own policies at the end of the day, even if the salesman you're working with attempts to do all they can to help you. Management is clearly has zero integrity and I would not recommend purchasing or putting money down a vehicle. You'll just end up disappointed.

The staff made very sure we understand everything, including all the penalties. The 2019 24' RV (built by Forest River) is an excellent unit, with all the latest technology. Unfortunately Canadream kit them out with the absolute minimum. No levelling steps (chocks) or level gauges. Also no remote for the TV, no milk jug or sugar pot, etc. When we got to our first stop in Lunenburg, we discovered that our privacy curtain was nowhere in our RV. I called the office the next morning first thing, and spoke to Holly. She promised to find out if there is a replacement one and to call back, but I never heard from her again. It's impossible to be inside an RV in the evenings with no privacy curtain, so we made a plan with a table cloth...
