I was very impressed with Justin experience and knowledge on the BMW. I felt great trust even just over the phone with their advice. In the end I went with the ZZ2 to add CarPlay capability bringing my 2010 BMW up to modern times. They also recommended me onto. Thinkware dashcam that exceeded my expectations. Their work was of a level of quality that really impressed me. And what really stood out was their transparency and giving me updates along the way so there were no surprises whatsoever. And they talk down to you while giving excuses why it doesn't work. Where were these excuses when you sold me the system? I would've walked away had I been given any of these excuses beforehand. Over these years I have stopped into their store with questions regarding our system and possible upgrades. All were dealt with to our satisfaction. Recently we experienced a trouble alarm that I was not able to determine the exact nature of. I visited their office and the technicial remotely viewed our system and determined it was a battery issue. Or more correctly, a couple battery issues. As we are a longer term client with a monitored system, they gave me a main power battery at a significantly reduced price. Accompanying this were details on how to trace down the other battery troubles. In conclusion, it unfortunately is a rarity that one gets such good service in todays world. So if you are considering a monitoring system, why not deal locally with a company that is customer oriented.
