We were assigned a personal conveyancing agent who arranged all the necessary checks required when purchasing a property. All the checks went smoothly and we only had to visit their premesis once to sign some documents. Funds were transferred to Nelsons via electronic transfer and any interest accrued on the account whilst Nelsons were holding our funds was repayed to us one we had completed on the purchase. All in all a very professional service at a reasonable price. I would recommend this solicitor.

The…read moretiny amount Nelson's have accepted is ridiculous and I have now been told that they are keeping my money until the other side pay their fees and if not my money has gone. I have now taken my local dentist to court just to make Nelson's solicitors more money. The service from my trainee! Solicitor and the supposedly trained one was appalling. They were always ill and now ones gone off on maternity leave. Like they say it's all in the small print! I would never ever recommend Nelson's and will never go to them again for anything at all.

Their charges were about as reasonable as you will get from solicitors and they did not charge me for the odd 5 minute phone call. This time round the service is shaping up to be the same. Highly recommended.
