If you don't want to be belittled and treated like absolute shit, do not work for Franz construction. Owner's son is a great guy but the old man is a complete asshole!! He treats his employees like garbage and encourages the upper management to do the same. I was always taught that respect is earned and very few of the management team earned my respect. The operators treat the truck drivers like crap and think they are god. Alot of employees there need to retire. Too many tire kickers that call themselves truck drivers. I have never worked anywhere quite like this company. I don't care if they have been in business for 100 years, they don't deserve my respect. If you are looking to put mag chloride on your road do not use Franz Construction. They say it should last a couple years, but a couple months is more like it. They are expensive, and wont fix their issues. Have lots of excuses why the mag isnt working. I absolutely do not recommend this company. read more
