Our experience with this real estate firm has been exceptional. They've been very honest and hard working. Not all real estate firms in Eastern Tennessee are created equal. This area of Tennessee has competing MLS listing services. So, it is difficult to find all of the listings in one spot. Some listing agents will not honor the standardly accepted commission. As a result, some selling agents won't show the properties they have listed, even if it is a disservice to their clients. House hunting in the lake region, you pick up on quirks that are unique to the area. My husband and I are very happy to have found Kenny and Deyln. UNETHICAL BROKERAGE -- BUYER BEWARE!…read more We canceled our contract on a property TREF had listed because we found that the neighbor had built a 12x24 outbuilding on 1/5 of the property we were buying. We informed the listing agent of this through multiple texts stating the issue with the outbuilding being on the property as well as when we withdrew our contract citing boundary concerns. Then 2 days after we withdrew the contract, the agent relisted the property --WITHOUT disclosing boundary issues which means that some other unassuming buyer will likely wind up in the same situation we did. This boundary issue should've been remedied PRIOR to listing the property. If nothing else, it should've been presented as material fact, since simply by looking at the GIS imagery, it's clearly apparent that the neighbor's shed is on The Property and that the property lines did not align with the correct property lines on the survey. We lost $500 in the deal after paying for a septic and property inspection. Not only is not presenting this information in the listing non-disclosure, but it is misrepresentation and concealment---with the intention to hide or cover up this material fact. The Real Estate Firm showed no issue at all with this concealment when we brought it to their attention--nor did they offer any apology.

At first I was going to rent for the same price and get 1100 ft.². Now I have a safer, more convenient location than the other place and 400 more square feet. It takes 12 minutes to get downtown and I can be anywhere in Knoxville in 15 to 25 minutes. The Chilhowee Hills neighborhood is very quiet and great for walking dogs. The apartment manager and maintenance staff have always been friendly and accommodating.

She is the reason we picked there in the first place. She is very personable and remembers things about your life and asks about them in the future. I will be back to see Miss Gail in a month or two as I am looking to move in June 30th. it's an older complex but I think that is what gives it the charm. Every apartment has a red brick wall which is just incredible. Big balconys, very attentive service people, abundance of closet space. I wish it was a little closer to town, but then the price would be astronomical like all the others. For the price and security, this is the best place around.
