Mr Jackson represented a seller By the Name of Chad Dixon on a property for sale in Majestic Bay Dandrage, TN a property I was interested in purchasing. The asking Price was well over $400,000 and during our main contract signing I had Asked if the property had been appraised, I was led to be leave that it had. How ever close to closing, over 6 months later my financial adviser asked to see the appraisal, before closing. It was then I was informed that there had never been an appraisal done and although they knew that the property would not appraise for even near what I was paying for it... "It was well worth the price" Letting me know that the whole time they knew they were selling me a property that was not valued at what I was paying for it. I am from out of state and had said on many occasions that i needed to be walked through the process step by step by someone I could trust, Unfortunately they were Just being Dishonest and manipulative for the profit. Mr CHAD DIXON developer of Anchor Down RV Resort, Took a non Refundable Extension fee of $5000.00 Dollars Knowing that the property was being sold under false pretenses well over what it was valued at, and now refuses to refund that money, And Mr Jackson And Marty Dotson Refuse to help me get the funds back. I was fortunate enough not to have purchased the property for many reasons but being involved with this realtor cost me over $12,000 dollars total for something I was deceived about! $4,500 in house plans that i cannot use now because it was for this particular unique piece of property in "Majestic Bay, Dandrage TN" 5,000 in a non refundable extension fee that never would have occurred, if an appraisal had been done the very first week, Months of back and forth to realtor and property, $650.00 for the appraisal, $300 for the survey, $350.00 in Gifts to the Realtor not including helping her and visiting her when she was in the hospital and nursing home due to illness because we thought she was becoming a friend, and on and on I feel as if we were deceived in the most horrible way.
