Then when I arrived it said to sign in (no sign in sheet) I asked for the sheet & was told, very rudely mind you, to sit down until called. Now she doesn't have my name, so how is she gonna call me hmmm? When I got up to check with her she again said "sit down and I will be right with you"-add major attitude to that! Two other patients were also complaining about her. Needless to say, my family and I will be finding another Primary Care. Oh and talk about Hippa! He said he understood why I didn't want to come…read moreto the office due to me being over 50 & having comorbidities & especially since my mom & I live together & she is 85 & on immunosuppressant medication & that these vaccines obviously aren't working properly. I told him I would do an office visit when the infection rate went down & he agreed to that. 1 month later, I get a termination letter in the mail from him stating he's terminating my relationship with him & his medical group. He didn't give a reason other than "our doctor/patient relationship has not been positive" or something to that affect. Our video chat was our only interaction ever. I repeatedly tried calling his clinic to speak to him about this & he wouldn't call me back. I do not recommend this doctor. He is very fake. He was very pleasant & understanding during our video appointment, but then showed his true colors a month later. He's a very callous and uncaring individual.

My Dr. Aditi Mukherji is fabulous she's the best I have ever had the pleasure of treating me! I can recommend her again and again. She friendly polite and treats you with a gentle kindness that makes you feel better if you were sick! Any procedures blood work or medicine I needed she checks to be certain the insurance will cover it before making an order for it! That way I'm not in unnecessary debt! I haven't met such a fabulous Doctor before. Today I had the pleasure of meeting with Dr. Dmitry Albin (emergency appt) he was attentive and took the time to check if the insurance would cover my prescriptions. I will say after 20 minutes he really wanted our appointment to end. I asked if he would flush my clogged ear he said no buy OTC medication and try it at home because that procedure takes 1/2 an hour (I know it only takes 5 minutes) or choice #2 I can call and make another appointment to have it done (my copay would be another 20.00) all in all, it was still a good visit, plus I lost 2 lbs! It appears "Karen" did not get her way! LOL! Besides her calling the staff "rude," her largest complaint was about a schedule II medication that she wanted refills for. "Dr. Gomez is the most unorganized, unprofessional dr I have seen in a long time. Waits till the day prescription is due to be refilled to inform you that he can't fill for various reasons. Every month I have to jump through hoops to get my necessary prescriptions filled." I've got news for ya, honey, Jeff Stern couldn't have ordered those refills either - it's AGAINST THE LAW. You should use your keyboard and do some research - you sound ridiculous and clearly need a hobby to fill your free time LOL! You must be fun at parties.

He gave me the impression he was going to help me by ordering Prednisone pack, blood work urine. None of which were called in. I was rushed out of the office so he could make a phone call!. I ask you does this seem professional? I felt so discouraged and I meant nothing to him as a patient. My husband was with me and he couldn't believe this Doctor's attitude. My confidence in this doctor has been destroyed!

Early this week, I woke up with a headache and was too dizzy to move. I lay in bed for a couple of…read morehours, unable to go to the bathroom. I asked "my husband" for a ride to the ER. He couldn't be interrupted from a sex site and online lover to take me to the hospital. Eventually, I called an ambulance. Everyone in the Emergency Room was kind and efficient. They ran their tests, but found nothing physically wrong with me. In fact, I've had difficulty with dizziness for the past several years, lots of testing, but testing always reveals that I'm in good physical health. Kevin, the ER doctor who first treated me, talked to me about the stress of living with a husband who is a serial adulterer. He was very compassionate. He made me aware of how the emotional damage I've navigated is affecting my health and offered several suggestions. Everyone was very loving. Zach, another ER doctor, talked to me about the risk I face. He said he didn't want me to end up dead, and suggested that I go to a women's shelter. The nurse hugged me while I cried, urged me to come back if I needed to, and arranged for a driver. I felt safe during that time in the ER, the safest I've felt in some time. They also gave me medicine that helps with the dizziness. But the emotional support that they offered was invaluable. I'm exceedingly grateful to these fine health care professionals.
