I took it back to the store, with my receipt, and told the guy the issue. He said all sales are final. I said I don't want a refund, I would like a replacement. He once again stated all sales are final; no signs are posted about that in the store. I repeated that I didn't want a refund. I wanted a replacement since he should back the products that he sells.
