When I reached out about the issue, I was told the only options were to "Jerry rig" it or pay additional money to have it repaired properly. To make matters worse, I pointed out that some pieces that should have been installed were missing, and instead of taking responsibility, I was blamed for not checking myself. On top of all that, when I showed up, I was greeted with the comment "this fucking guy," which was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Overall, the customer service, accountability, and professionalism were disappointing. For the amount charged, I expected much better treatment and workmanship.
