Tammy stole thousands of dollars from me with with time theft. She has subcontractors that would…read morelog into quickbooks online for an hour or so and she would log it as 8 hours on the dot no matter what. I asked her to provide better descriptions of the work being done in that 8 hour period, she would leave 1-2 words for a 8-9 hour shift. Additionally, she would enter all her hours right before upwork processed payments, so I would see nothing, and then all of a sudden there would be 40 hours of labor thrown around the week. On top of that, I asked her to produce a P&L, which was completely incorrect. I wouldn't be suprised if she had a subcontractor build the report and she never read it, I asked her a few questions about it and she never responded. Overall, she stole about 4k from my company which I'm working to dispute. I wouldn't hire Tammy again or suggest anyone hire her (You're not really hiring Tammy, you're hiring an overseas team through Tammy)
