She prepares the suit using my personal name and the name of the owner of the corporation I am attempting to collect from. Corporations sue Corporations. Basic law. She states I did not provide sufficient information. It's on the invoice. She charged me to correct it, and it still wasn't correct. I pointed it out, and she charged me again to "correct" it. She clearly doesn't understand business law, and should not have taken the engagement in the first place. Then she fires me, saying we aren't a good fit and I didn't provide enough information. Look at the invoice. It's clearly stated my corporation is trying to collect from my corporate client. Don't take engagements you are not qualified to perform.
