Their marketing is geared toward young, hip things and though I'm neither I thought I'd give them a try for my root touch up. I was really overdue. My brand of choice was Schwarzkopf and they happened to use it which I was super excited about. Stan was my stylist and he was very friendly and spoke English (yes!) and my hair turned out great. The place definitely had a hip vibe and the techno music was only a little distracting. The shampoo chairs were amazing. I took a 20 minute nap while my hair was setting and it actually had a massage feature--it was so nice and comfy. I'll definitely be back.

You can see cuticles weren't taken care of and the tips are not even filled...let alone the quality of the polish which is shrinking already! I also stayed with my feet soaking in cold water for 25 minutes. The gel mani looks good for now (although tips are lighter as well..). The manicure itself was disappointing from cuticles perspective as well.
