Terrible customer service. On a couple of occasions I was made to wait between 10 minutes and 20 minutes for my hair appointment to commence despite arriving on time, no apologies just told to 'wait as the stylist was still busy with another client'.
I booked my 12 year old son in for his haircut on a Saturday lunchtime, I arrived 7 minutes late for the appointment (traffic reasons) apologised on arrival...to be sternly told by a very grumpy, rude receptionist that as we were late my son wouldn't be seen, we had to rebook, she wasn't apologetic and very unsympathetic and very abrupt.
Suffice to say neither my son or me will be visiting this salon again, we received better service with a smile at our local salon. The group obviously relies on brand rather than customer satisfaction. In my opinion it needs to look at their front of house staff and the customer service it delivers at the Telford branch. read more
