Also they can tell if something needs reflective glass or not. They don't just whack a frame on and hope for the best. Of course they use acid free paper to back the ink drawings so that they will last longer. I also do needlwork and they help with framing decisions for that as well. As the needlework is often given away I like to have professional frames made. I generally take their advice. I have never had a complaint about a single frame, they always seem to come up trumps. They also sell prints and mirrors.

Clear direction to the store, covid friendly, took the time for myself and my partner who was with us from USA on a video call choosing a frame for our newly attained commemorative relationship certificate, had a joke from time to time but still very professional and kept his word with the completed job looking absolutely amazing within an hour!!
