    The associates are always great here. Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. (So refreshing,…read morebecause at most stores these days you can't find a human to help you and if you do, they're miserable because they're overworked and under appreciated.) Tonight Lucas H was so patient with my 5 year old spending his first ever money from the tooth fairy. Lucas provided the prices of various items and helped my son swap items in and out until he got as much as he could without going over. He made it very special! Love this store!

    This is my first time ever leaving a review for anything be it a store, restaurant or something…read moreelse but I had one of the most unpleasant experience at this Michaels location. After attempting to place an online order through the website but having it come up with errors or not go through multiple times, I thought I'd go in-person and ask about possibly placing the order through the store to pick-up the items another day. The cashier was extremely polite and was happy to help, she wasn't sure of how to fill out some information for the ordering process so she asked for the store manager to come over. After 15 minutes of waiting, the manager strolls over without a greeting and immediately starts by curtly asking if I've tried to order through the website in an irritated manner. I inform her of the issue I was experiencing and offer the item numbers and other information and ask if there are any alternative methods to place the order. Rudely she remarks "No I don't do that, I can't help you press buttons any better." and disregards the rest of my explanation. After seeing this exchange will not be of any use, I thank the manager and cashier for their help and wish them a good night. Before I can finish my sentence, the manager turns and walks away without a word. The cashier and a few other employees walking around the store were all very friendly and I am very appreciative of their help. But that was by far one of the worst customer service experiences with a store manager I've ever had.
