Their advertising doesn't tell you that the internet and cable that comes with the unit is an extra requirement if almost $100 ON TOP OF RENT! Then they charge for Water, Sewer, Garbage. even though I provided insurance info on move in, they added a monthly fee for that too, and even though I provided proof AGAIN, they wouldn't refund what they had charged me. There is insufficient parking and to ensure you get to park near your home, you have to pay additional for a reserved parking space (which limits the available parking even further). And to add insult to injury, they charge you an additional fee $3.95 to bill you for all the ancillary charges. The residents drive through the complex as if it is a raceway without even looking. Scarey, because there are children out on bikes. And finally, the HVAC is in a living room closet and sounds like a jet engine. Needless to say, despite what was a really pretty apartment, I was really happy to be out of there. Good thing too, because rent was going up almost $500 if I had wanted to stay.

The management, (Jessica) is very professional, warm and friendly, highly efficient and made the application process quick and painless. I was in my new home quickly. The place was so clean, by maintenance, (Dean) I didn't have to do any cleaning of my own to move in, and I am very picky..and suffer from OCD. ( I even checked the top of the cupboard doors and the ceiling fan blades, under the sinks, etc.) It was CLEAN. Now that I am fully settled, I can honestly say the place is SAFE and QUIET. I am content that I made the right choice. As Jessica handed me the keys, she said "Welcome Home." It truly is and I highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for their next home.

Turns out the manager is in a seminar along with most of the corporate staff for four days and nobody available to resolve the situation or return phone calls. I was in cash flow situation and also my car broke down. This lady manages another complex too Quinby Park in Webster NY and left messages there too...same result So four days elapse until finally i reach someone in Accts Payable..tell me the check was sent out 9/14/2017 ..tell them not received..they investigate it and call me that the zip code on the forwarding address was typed wrong and must be lost in the mail...finally a lady named Noelle Canter emails me and says they will re issue the check and send it overnite Federal Express received 9/29..so the net result of this went from 8/31/2017 till 9/29/2017 before receiving funds and an NSF fee from my bank...for a company to have a business model where local and corporate people are gone from their jobs with no backup personnel involved to handle day to day business and emergencies for four plus day is both IRRESPONSIBLE and very STUPID.TO PUT OVER A 100 RESIDENTS IN TWO COMPLEXES IN THIS KIND OF POSITION...SO THANKS FOR YOUR LACK OF BUSINESS ETHICS AND INTEGRITY...THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO RUN ANY BUSINESS.
