We have been to this place a few times. The service and food gets worse and worse everytime. The wings are cold when they come out, my kids have to wait longer to get their hot dogs, or we wait 5 minutes without seeing anyone. My kids are 1.5 and 2.5. We always asked when we had our drinks taken to bring the food out. They always brought it out after we get our wings. We will not be coming back here. Went with a large group (11). I ordered the cheese calzone-I am hyper-picky about pizza! While the calzone wasn't bad, it was very bland-the mozarella-ricotta mix had zero flavoring added (garlic salt would have been a good addition. I didn't use the marinara sauce provided (nice sized bowl) and the calzone itself was MASSIVE. Service was good, especially with such a large group. However, we noticed that a few of the people were waiting-apparently the kitchen had burned one of the pizzas, and was remaking it. A family pizza spot... my daughter and I were welcomed immediately and told to sit wherever we wished. Our sweet server greeted us and gave us a rundown of the size of to salads and pies.. once we figured out our toppings.. we placed the order and caught up. The spot is clean and everyone was friendly. We were served our salads-- well we shared a salad... and I was quickly served my Blue Moon. They had beer on tap which is the best way to enjoy it.. our small pie came out fairly quickly and was hot and delicious. Our supper w was under $20 not including a well designed desreved tip. I'll do you all a favor and actually review the Pizza and service from this Pizza place... and not Salad. First... the service. When I entered on a busy Friday night, I was intending on ordering the Pizza and taking it home. This leads to my first and only real problem with this establishment: There's no real dedicated place for proper to walk up and place an order. I found myself confused and wandering around a little bit. Since it's "seat yourself," there wasn't anyone right at the door to direct me. However, I just went up to the Bar and asked about placing an order, and they were kind enough to tell me... it was at the bar itself! Slight problem now permanently resolved. It'll just be slightly inconvenient for first-timers. Service after this was swift and friendly, so I ordered 3 very different large pizzas. This is a Pizza place after all. Gotta rate a Pizza place on it's Pizza. Not salad. So it took about 25 minutes and I killed time in the Kroger next door and on my phone. 25 minutes pass and I walk back in. They immediately recognize me and my order came right out of the oven, so their timing was perfect. Now for the important parts: Taste and Value. I'd like everyone to keep in mind that this is not a Pizza Hut or Domino's, so you're not going to get a large pizza on the cheap here. However, the Pizza is still moderately priced (as opposed to the Pizza joint that was there previously: Higgy's Pizza), and it's about $14 for a large pizza. Each topping is fairly cheap at less than a dollar each. The pizzas themselves were fairly large, so there's plenty of Pizza to eat. As far as taste goes, the real winner of this Pizza is the taste of the pizza sauce. There's a slight savory/peppery taste to the sauce that really brings out all the rest of the flavors very well. Vegetable toppings are quite fresh-tasting, especially the mushrooms. The common ingredients, cheese and pepperoni, are about as good as you'd expect so they're nothing better than anywhere else, but it's the other toppings and sauce that brings it all together. The Pizza crust isn't bad either, but I would probably make some recommendations or requests to sprinkle some Parmesan cheese on the outer crust if you're a crust-eater like me. Or maybe some of their pizza sauce to dip it in. Did I mention how good their sauce was yet? The only final negative I have is that one Pizza was asked to have double mushroom on it and it didn't seem as if it had double mushroom, but the first time I had this pizza with double mushroom, it was covered! So maybe they forgot the double mushroom. Make sure when ordering that you're clear on what you want to avoid any problems. Maybe even ask for the large pizzas to be cut into 6 slices instead of 8 to emulate that New York Large Slice style. Either way, this was very, VERY good-tasting Pizza. Remember, when you go to a place that specializes in Pizza, it's probably a good idea to get the Pizza. It's good stuff. Ignore the Salad. read more

Its close to home. But the pizza taste like pizza out of the frozen section of a grocery store. Hard crust...usually burnt. Been here twice. Once when they opened and a few weeks ago. Called in to place a delivery order. The person who answered the phone handed off and you could hear "hey, here's an order for delivery" and the phone was handed off and placed down. You could hear the restaurant in the background. No over snagged the single, cordless phone back off the counter. Chose to hang up. Attempted to call back for 10 minutes and the line remained busy because they chose to never acknowledge the phone call so the line remained open. Never less, they have some of my favorite pizzas. But customer service gets 1 star. Always plenty of waiters and zero personality or care. read more

My first time eating here was unfortunately a bad one. Our waitress was very sweet, but not very attentive. The food was pretty bad. My calzone was hard and somewhat flavorless. The wait for our food was also ridiculously long...especially for food that wasn't even hot when we received it. At the end we had to go find someone to give us our check because our waitress had disappeared again. I only gave 2 stars because i liked the atmosphere quite a bit and the restaurant was clean. Will not be back... Went out to dinner with a party of four. The service was average. The waitress was friendly but knew very little about the menu. My friend asked what else (other than meat and cheese) was on the sub sandwich. The waitress said that's it meat and cheese no vegetables. Needless to say he did not get it (hopefully there is more on the subs than meat and cheese). Me and my wife got a large white pizza. It was the worst pizza I have ever had. It was absolutely flavorless and I'm pretty sure the toppings/cheese was not what they advertised on the menu. The fourth of our party of four ordered a calzone. She at five bites and left the rest. The waitress asked us if we wanted carry out due to all the food left on the table when we asked for our checks. I had already fed the dogs that night and they deserved better. Since salads are such a hot topic.... My friend who originally wanted a sub got the large salad because he didn't want just meat and cheese. The bowl was small, the lettuce was iceberg and he said the chicken on it tasted burnt. Two of the three tables around us were complaining about the order being messed up and the gross food. Though our order was right it tasted awful. Final Thoughts: Food was awful. Service was good but waitress was unclear about menu options. Atmosphere was nice but cold and loud. I will not go back. Went for dinner, with my husband. He got a calzone and I got chicken parm. Both were good size portions. Both were just a bit bland, but nicely cooked. Service was ok, but seemed a little awkward. Our server never did ask if we'd like dessert or anything else, just put the bill on the table and walked away. We opted to get a pie from Kroger instead. Liked how the owners ( I assume they were) came around and asked how everything was. The one serious negative....a server dropped the silverware, rolled in a napkin, on the floor, picked it up and put it on a table for someone to use. I was by myself wanting to place a to-go order. When I walked in the waitress was quick to get me a menu, but walked away. After looking it over ( simple menu front and back) I had to look around and find the waitress. It was a twenty minute wait for a medium pizza. (no complaints I knew it would take time), but she did have to tell me that they burnt the bottom of the first one. They were in the process of cooking me another one. Which was nice of them to at least tell me. The decor is just simple bar scene to me, sport memorabilia everywhere from local to out of state. The music was a little too loud for my taste not really sure if I would of been able to have a conversation with that playing. Prices were somewhat on the high side for pizza. I ordered a medium Memphis style bbq pizza and with tax it was $16.00. Not really a lot of meat on it, maybe a half a cup. Visited Foxy Fox for the first time recently (for carryout), expecting a great pizza. Disappointed! The pizzas were large, but very expensive.. with a $5 coupon, I paid $35 ($34 and change) for two large pizzas . Huge pizzas! My family and I were excited. However, when we got home, no one said anything. The pizza was bland, no seasonings whatsoever. The tomato sauce had no Italian seasonings, garlic, pepper, sugar, or anything. The dough tasted like flour and water. My kids said we could've gone to get $5 Little Caesar's Pizzas or Marco's (which is our favorite). We ended up throwing several slices in the trash after we just couldn't force anymore down. The best part of the visit was the friendly staff. However, we won't be going back. Horrible. My wife got a salad and I got a small pizza. The salad cost 4.95 and was no more than a handful of iceberg lettuce is a small bowl. It was suppose to be a grrek salad but it had cesar dressing. When I told the waitress she said "we use the same dressing for the cesar and greek". GROSS!!! The pizza was average at best. Way over price for gross food. The waitress was friendly but new and made some mistakes. This was my first time there and wikl be my last. Every time a new business opens in the neighborhood I am optimistic that the new venture will succeed and prosper. I like to patronize the small businesses in my community. I am sad to say that I cannot offer much optimism for this pizza place. I cannot imagine how much someone might have invested in this business, but clearly they did not have a business plan or if they did, it was ill conceived as the quality of the food is clearly sub-par. There are just so many choices for families and eating out that I cannot see a hopeful future for Foxy Fox Pizza. The pizza I picked up tasted like it was made several hours before I got there. The salad dressing was clearly a bottled variety, definitely not home-made. The pizza cheese had absolutely no flavor and the crust was soggy. The garlic bread from my wife's spaghetti was literally soaked in garlic butter that even I (a garlic butter nut) could not eat it. The meat sauce for which we paid an extra 2 bucks was such a small portion as was the spaghetti, they should have called it a child's portion. When you buy spaghetti out, it should be better than you could make at home. Sorry Foxy Fox, you just don't cut the mustard. I would like to try again sometime but I just can't get the $25.00 bucks out of my head that I will never see again. I love Italian food but this didn't taste anything like Italian. read more

We eat here once a week and are never disappointed! We love it! Kid friendly with games and plenty of TVs to watch the games! They also have an albita root beer float that the kids love!
