Poor communication, disrespectful to our representative many times, and knowingly lied on several issues in an attempt to defraud us as buyers to get more money for herself. Please, stay far, far, far away from this woman and this agency. Legal action is already underway. I'm posting this to help make others aware and to hopefully save other hardworking families the stress, heartbreak, and duress from trying to purchase a home from this clearly underhand agency and its reprehensible agent.

When selecting a realtor in an area I wasn't familiar with, I was nervous. I came across Jenny's photo and read the her reviews, it seemed too good to be true. I trusted my instincts and I'm glad I did. Jenni contacted me in less that 24 hours and listened to what I was looking for. I sent her listings in the area I was looking at and we were off and running within a few days. She was very knowledgeable in new builds and the areas I was looking at. She pointed out the pros and cons of the quality the difference builders presented. I learned a lot and it gave me things to think about. She took the time to listen and hear my needs. She made suggestions on other locations that I was unaware of. When it came to purchasing, she was efficient and made sure the quality and price matched my budget. We found a quality home in a comfortable neighborhood and I'm very happy with my purchase. She made the process easy and with little stress as possible. I'm very thankful I had her leading the way.

We found Sarah through an internet search and were really inspired by the amazing customer reviews she received. We were looking for a home way out of the area where we live, so we did everything remotely, and as a first time homebuyer. Sarah walked us through every step of the way and went above and beyond what we could have imagined. We always felt extremely supported and Sarah was always there to answer any questions and help us along the way. Sarah even helped us to decide on a brand new build, which we weren't even considering. She really listened to what we were looking for and helped us find it. During the tours she pointed out things to be mindful of and things that we may not even have noticed. She was so detailed and really made us feel at ease. We had full confidence in her throughout the whole process. I even told my kids that it shouldn't be this easy to buy a house, because she really made the whole process seamless. As a first time homebuyer and still apprehensive about the process, Sarah helped us navigate everything and never made us feel like we were a bother. Sarah is truly amazing! If you are looking for a home in the area, you should definitely contact Sarah - she won't let you down!

Susan Elliott and Michele Allen have become like family to me. I was assisted in every aspect of my search, and there was nothing that either Susan or Michele could have done better. Both agents were available to me, gave me feedback, directed me to a local lender, the title company, inspection services, cleaning personnel and were a wealth of information on anything and everything that I could think of. The amount of time which these agents devoted to me was overwhelming because I was a small bit player and The Elliott Group had far larger properties to work with. However, from the get-go, Susan told me that they treat every client exactly the same and did they ever live true to their word. Susan and Michele have become friends to me, and as I am moving to Ocala alone, to know that I have their expertise, their friendship, and their support makes me feel much better about such a move. I have made friends for life, and Susan has been my Guardian Angel from Day One! I love these two women and I have already passed out their business cards to folks up north looking to relocate to Florida. There are no coincidences and Susan Elliott and Michele Allen have made the entire process flow smoothly from start-to-finish. I cannot thank them enough and all I can do is to thank them many times daily! Phenomenal Individuals who have left this jaded New Yorker, open to the amazing goodness of so many people who, like Susan and Michele, have softened my hard heart!!! THANK YOU!!!
