I started seeing Amanda about two years ago to help treat my shoulder pain, which I had been experiencing for quite some time. When I met with Amanda for my first appointment, she took the time to learn more about me and my shoulder pain. During that first session, she walked me through the process of what she would be doing, how it would feel, and the impact that it would have on my treatment. Her knowledge of the human body is exceptional, and I have full and complete trust in her ability to heal. After a few sessions with Amanda, I could notice a huge difference in my shoulder pain, and now that I go to her regularly, I have noticed that the pain is faint, and rarely (if ever) bothers my day-to-day activities. Amanda educated me on all the benefits acupuncture has to offer. As a bonus, I sleep a lot better and my anxiety is gone (make sure you go consistently). Thank you for helping me live a better life and using your skills to help others. I highly recommend making an appointment with Amanda to see how she can help you. It took someone to push me to go, and I am so thankful they did.

She is very good at explaining what the problem is and how she is working on it. She gives clear instructions for exercises to do on my own between sessions. Plus, she has evening hours and a great location right in Porter Square. She takes insurance. I like supporting a local small business owner. She has also been working with my teenage son for scoliosis. He had seen several physical therapists and doctors before Sara, and she was the first one to figure out the source of the problem (different leg lengths). His posture and conditioning have improved greatly since he started working with Sara. The fact that she can motivate him to do exercises at home says a lot about her relationship with her clients.

I found her on IG and I'm so happy I did! Physical therapy with Schuyler was awesome - she spent time learning and analyzing my injury (I had this pain for years), and we got to work in the very first session. After a few weeks, I felt significantly better and after a few months, it was like it never happened! She consistently checked in to ensure I was doing my exercises outside of our scheduled sessions and answered my MANY questions. She's attentive and super knowledgeable! Most recently I went to Schuyler for marathon training. She discussed my goals with me and created a program that was perfectly in line with what I was willing to do. For example, I requested no more than 4-5 days of lifting/running a week and got just that! She's a great at listener which is honestly so important! I struggled with a few new exercises and after informing her of this, she adjusted my program. Honestly, can't say enough good things about working with Schuyler. 10/10!

I've had years of chronic neck and back pain. My friend, who directs the Boston Celtics Dancers, recommended Dr Lauren to me and I'm so glad she did! Dr Lauren is an excellent chiropractor. She spends a significant amount of time doing soft tissue work, which makes a huge impact on your overall success with treatment. Of course, she does traditional adjustments as well but because she looks at the total picture, her treatments are remarkably effective. One thing that really stands out to me is her ability to assess your condition and offer treatment that gets results quickly. I had suffered from tendinitis in my left elbow for almost 2 years. I had three treatments, where Dr. Lauren used the Graston technique and my condition improved dramatically. I highly recommend her.
