I don't know where to start, so I'll begin with how Dr. Dorsch basically saved the life of someone in my family after their pcp missed a growth that required emergency surgery. Then there's Dr. Nelson, who I'll call the "King of Painless Injections". He's some sort of magician, because if he hadn't told me he was putting the numbing shot in, I wouldn't have even known. I'm extremely needle phobic so this is huge! He does a great job of explaining things & is thorough. He's also extremely patient. I can be a neurotic mess when I'm at the dentist. He never makes me feel ridiculous, and he never shames me for not coming in regularly like I'm going to start doing. Just a very nice, gentle person. If you haven't figured it out by now, I'm one of those people who are terrified of the dentist, usually going only when necessary. Now that Dr. Dorsch is part of the practice, she can prescribe meds to help. This was huge for me! They weren't able to do this the last time I inquired, but she's got the special skills/license. That being said, it's not a guarantee that she'll feel comfortable prescribing something. For example, she was concerned about an interaction with meds I'm already on so after her and my pcp discussed it, my primary care ended up doing the prescribing. So it's case by case. The clinic itself is beautiful. The hygienists are so nice, calming, friendly and helpful. They really make you feel at ease. Overall, just a great practice. So glad Dr. Dorsch joined & now co-owns the clinic as she's brought a ton to the table. I'm working with her in 10 days so I may update this. Highly recommenda!

That is Nee! I have been meaning to write this review for a few years. I had my initial permanent makeup done on my top eyelid (eyeliner) and eyebrows in 2014 in San Francisco where I live. I have a disability with my arms so Iimit what they do for me. Makeup was first on the list. Over the years the eyeliner and parts of the eyebrow tattoo were starting to fade. I wanted a touchup. However, I didn't want it done in SF again, where there are tons of people, but not necessarily the depth of experience. When I was home visiting family and friends in WI I found Nee. She was trained young in China where these techniques are well known and practiced. I am so glad she moved to WI, married, started her family and brought her craft and professionalism with her. In 2022, I had my eyeliner redone and my eyebrows reformed and touched up. They look just as they did 3 years ago. I came in here on a whim today because I needed a new nose hoop…read more A few years ago I stopped here and walked right back out because the guy at the counter had awful customer service skills and it seemed dingy in there. Apparently they are under new ownership because my experience today was a 180 positive! The minute I walked in, I could smell the reassuring scent of antiseptic, a huge plus. The man at the counter was on the phone, but politely told us he would be with us in a moment. I looked at a few of the artists' albums and was very impressed with the work I saw. As it turned out, the man helping us goes by Dr. Roach and was the artist whose work I'd looked at. I was impressed and told him as much! Doc Roach took the time to help me find the best hoop that was most similar to the one had in. The price of the jewelry spoke my language ($10) so I was game! I asked him if he would be able to replace it for me and he willingly obliged. Although it took more time than I am sure he had that day, Dr. Roach put the new hoop in for me. I took notice that he was meticulous about sterilizing everything he used on me. I was able to see him open all of his tools from their sterile packaging. He was patient and focused on what he was doing with little small talk other than to explain what he was doing while replacing the hoop! He was gentle handed so I had little pain and no bleeding, even when he had to use a taper to enlarge the hole for my new gauge. He and his staff wear scrubs and of course gloves while working with clients. Doc Roach was patient with my questions! When I asked how long he had been tattooing for, he let me know that he has been tattoing for 20 years! I have a photo in mind that I may want as a tattoo and he walked me through basic pricing for it! I will definitely be returning for future work!

He booked me for a two hour appointment and because of his thorough and painstaking work he actually spent closer to three hours on it to do it right.
