After vetting several roofing companies I decided on McClung Roofing as they presented as fairly priced, accommodating, happy to answer all of my questions and had superb communication. The point person for the consult, Jesse, was was wonderful to work with and elicited a lot of confidence in the company. Once the job began the crew proceeded efficiently and it was clear that the company was well run. We did experience a snafu mid install, an over site of one of the employees, which was discovered over the weekend..... The owner John McClung, personally cut his trip short to come to my home immediately to address the issue. He was very willing to take responsibility and took measures to rectify the situation both within the company and fixed the problem with no costs to me. John, personally came to my home several times to insure my satisfaction and went above and beyond to support my progress in several ways. The true test of of a company's success is not always having the most employees, lowest price or fastest results, but in having the most integrity, professionalism, and customer's confidence, especially in the face of unexpected difficulties. They then say they sent me the quote but can't provide any record of the email to show it was a "emailing mistake" (because this wasn't) This is nothing short of poor customer service, people falling through the cracks, and failure to follow up with customers. I'm glad we will be remodeling our kitchen with another company, after the runaround just trying to get a quote I would hate to experience actually working with them on a project. What a nightmare of a customer experience!

We were impressed with H2H at every stage of the project and thrilled with the results. They nailed every measure of success. They listened to what we wanted and clearly reflected our priorities and constraints in their proposal, detailed design and estimate. They exemplified professionalism, attention to detail, quality of work, clear communication and delivered on schedule and on budget. The few changes were mostly due to our requests. Any variations from the original plan/estimate were transparently discussed, approved by us, and tracked, so there were no surprises in the final invoice. We did our homework. We got 2 other proposals from well-established companies and 2 independent general contractors, in addition to H2H, before selecting H2H as the best value for the money. Their costs were more in line with our expectations and the owner, Tim Magee, was excellent to work with. He inspired great confidence that they could and would do this right and the project leads and crews delivered as promised!! Based on the stellar results, Heart to Home just started remodeling our primary bathroom!
