So I called your office today and a lady who constantly interrupted me and was very short with me answered. The conversation got me so flustered to a point to where I felt I was being put on TRIAL nor was I prepared to bring out my notes in a complicated case right then there! All she had to do is say we don't take any of that other nonsense calked harassment unless you got hurt and it required a "BIG PAY OUT" in which case she'll never know because she wouldn't let me finish. Don't call this lawyer(s) they want a big payout apparently! She said did you get that? and hung up? Great representation for your team of lawyer(s) very professional! not!

I received excellent expert advice on recommendations on how to proceed from the very beginning. Unfortunately, my insurance company provided minimal information on what were my rights in my no-fault claim. However, I received clear and frequent communication from all staff every step of the way. The final claim took time to settle but far exceeded my expectations. I had confidence 100% of the time that they were aggressively fighting for my case while exhibiting a consistently professional demeanor both with me and all parties involved. I hope I will not have to go through something like this again but if I do, without any hesitancy, would use Michigan Auto Law again.

One day, early on, as I t ried to picture Bob's future, the reality of what we were facing told me we needed the advice and guidance of an attorney. Kevin Thieme came highly recommended. I'm so glad I listened! My three sons aren't easily impressed but they all approved. Kevin's voice...calm and reassuring. To this day, I recall how the sound of his voice gave us hope as we faced the future. He didn't make boisterous promises. He gave sage advice. He knew our hearts. His wisdom saw us through an uncertain journey. Time spent with Kevin inspired one of my sons to become an attorney. The kindness Kevin showed, has added a layer to the depth of another son's pastoral ministry. Son #1 fits somewhere in the middle! Most of all, Bob benefitted from Kevin's expertise. Bob went to heaven in 2020. We could blame Covid, but it was clearly his time to enjoy the freedom he so deserved. He was with us 29 and a half years post accident. He taught us more about dignity, grace, perseverance and to appreciate a "good cheese sandwich!" Thank you, Kevin. We will always love you. Wilna Bertrand (Rob, Andrew, and Randall)
