I took it upon myself to make an appointment with Gil at the Wellness Center for her, because if left up to her she would probably just "deal" with the pain. Gil was kind enough to stay an hour after normal hours to see my wife because otherwise our busy work schedules would have delayed the meeting for a couple of weeks. We were both really impressed that Gil spent a large portion of our initial visit asking us both questions to really get to the root of the problem rather than just diving in and start adjusting her blindly. He determined that the culprit is probably some form of nerve damage and we are waiting for the Xrays to be examined. I will update this review when we see more progress, but after only one visit both my wife and I feel very confident that Gil Coleman is a great chiropractor that really cares about the people that he sees and is 100% invested in "helping" them rather than just providing them a service.

However, I am so overwhelmed with the quality of service I…read morereceived from Dr. Gil Coleman, I feel compelled and inspired to let others know about my experience. It has been truly amazing. A dear friend of mine had a back injury that other doctors were not able to successfully treat, leaving him in agony, and barely able to walk. I went online and researched looking for the best chiropractor in Fort Collins. I found dozens of reviews about Dr. Coleman all of which were 5-stars. My friend was frustrated, unable to work and in a great deal of pain. After a thorough exam, where other doctors didn't even touch him, Dr. Gil began treating my friend. I was impressed with Dr. Gil calling multiple times after hours to check on him. Impressed by observation, Dr. Gil's fierce determination to make sure his patients get well and does as he says "whatever it takes" to help them feel better. Impressed that he succeeded in eliminating my friend's terrible pain without drugs, and worked tirelessly in partnership with him to restore his well being and function. I have since placed my trust in Dr. Gil for my own health care, and referred my sister, neighbors, and my closest friends. We have all talked and found we've had similar experiences working with Dr. Gil: calls after hours, texts, and emails out of his sincere concern to check in on how we're doing. Who else does that these days? Believe me, if he can help you half as much as he has helped my friends and family, you'll be happy and back to doing what you love too. For over 10 years I had suffered from misdiagnosed "carpal tunnel" and had been told by 5 doctors that surgery was the only option. I was angry, frustrated, in pain, and could not pursue my dream career for 10 years. Dr. Gil, properly diagnosed me, and after only 4 treatments to my neck (not my hand or wrist), has restored full feeling and function to my hand and arm. I no longer have that debilitating pain. This, to me, was a miracle! Now I can pursue my dream career and do so pain free. Dr. Coleman restored my dreams as well as helping my body heal. Since the age of 11 chronic debilitating migraine headaches ruled my life. For over 50 years I tried to find relief, to no avail. It frustrated and truly saddened me to be unable to find help. Since meeting Dr. Gil I discovered he has special training and skills, and has written papers on unique methods to treat migraine headaches. The cranial release treatment he does is amazing. "I am no longer a migraine sufferer"! I've since asked myself what would my life have been like without 50 years of migraines and headaches? Hmmm. Dr. Gil is my "not so secret" weapon for my health. I have my life back, thanks to him. If you, or someone you care for are frustrated and looking for answers like I was, you're fortunate to find the miracle worker I have who has exceeded all my expectations. I am so thankful for people sharing their experiences online about this man, if they didn't share, I would still be suffering. I hope whoever reads this finds the help they need. Paying it forward, Cathy Iverson

Very nice team inside but it feels like a money grab after being told the initial visit was something like $187 because a new patient fee of $100 had to be charged by Colorado law. I've been to other places that charge a fraction of that for an initial visit. I went on a Monday and was told to come every day of the week basically because of how I was feeling. Stopped after 3 appointments because $87 a day is not sustainable. Felt even worse after I tried another chiropractor after this and he told me "3 times a week is wayyyyy too much" to be seeing a chiropractor. Highly recommend this other chiropractor in Windsor because after 3 appointments he told me "you need imaging because I'm not seeing any changes" Atlas is a money grab from what I can tell.

I initially discovered Dr. Sara through the KST Chiropractic website, drawn by the appeal of…read morefinding a practitioner closer to home who used this methodology. My previous chiropractor, who also practiced KST, was located in south Denver--too far for regular care. I hoped this would be a more convenient option with similar results. Unfortunately, my experience could not have been more different. From the outset, Dr. Sara struck me as someone who views herself less as a practitioner and more as a savior. Her office materials--brochures, pamphlets, and even her speech--revolve around the idea that she "heals" people, often emphasizing how patients come from far and wide for her care. She speaks with great certainty about how she'll "put your body into a state of massive healing." That confidence may resonate with some, but it set a high and self-focused precedent that didn't match my needs or experience. After my first visit, which involved what felt like over a hundred rapid adjustments while lying face down, I left disoriented and dizzy--so much so that I had to sit in my car for over 30 minutes before I felt safe enough to drive home. She also applied her adjustment instrument using what she referred to as "more mustard"--a forceful intensity that caused me to recoil in pain. When she noticed my recoil, she insisted it was necessary. In my experience, that couldn't be further from the truth. The body is incredibly perceptive and responsive; a gentler approach is not only possible--it's often far more effective. The aftermath was alarming and prolonged. My digestive system shut down entirely. I couldn't eat without severe pain, even with digestive enzymes. I experienced nausea, vomiting, and an inability to pass stool. I stopped sleeping, and my long-dormant insomnia and migraines returned with full force. My vision also became incredibly blurry, and reading glasses no longer helped. The physical and emotional toll was immense. It took extensive time, support from other providers, and no small expense to start bringing my body back into balance. I returned a week later to share these concerns. I requested to be adjusted upright due to my health history, and she agreed. However, she was dismissive of the profound impacts the first treatment had caused, and instead of exercising caution, she performed another 29 adjustments. Again, the results were destabilizing. While the office was visually calming, the strong synthetic fragrance used throughout made it physically uncomfortable for me, especially with my sensitivity to smells. Dr. Sara herself exudes a kind of forced warmth--there's an intensity about her that feels more like someone operating in a constant sympathetic nervous system state than a grounded healer. She also frequently invaded my personal space during conversations, which felt intrusive and, at times, intimidating. I don't believe Dr. Sara is well-suited for working with sensitive or complex cases. Her style is assertive, inflexible, and, in my experience, disregarding of bodily feedback. What concerned me most was not just the physical impact of her work, but the mentality behind it--the savior complex. A true healer honors the body's innate wisdom and sees themselves as a facilitator, not the source of the healing itself. Anyone who believes they "are" the healing force, rather than a guide, raises red flags for me. When I called to discontinue care, the front desk staff--though generally kind--responded by implying the problem was with my ability to "receive the treatment," framing my experience as an outlier rather than accepting any responsibility or offering compassion. There was no acknowledgment that the approach may have been excessive or poorly matched for my system. I wouldn't recommend Dr. Sara to individuals who are highly sensitive, dealing with chronic conditions, or seeking a collaborative, responsive practitioner. The experience left me more unwell than when I arrived, and questioning not only the application of the technique--but the discernment with which it's practiced.

Was made to feel comfortable even though first time I really didn't know anything about acupuncture or if it would work First time I came in was after I had a hard fall in my garage. Chiro and massage were not getting me fully up and running. Dr sent me for PT and that only made it worse! Took my chance with trying acupuncture and surprisingly I was all better after a couple of times. I was so grateful! Came back after a car accident on November 2019. Again did what I could with chiro and massage but acupuncture was what got me up and moving again after a few treatments! Took my daughter in this summer as she suddenly had developed motion sickness. Was not sure if it was going to work but figured it couldn't hurt and it did help her! I'm sold. I would be conscientious about who you see for acupuncture as I'm sure not all acupuncturists are created equal but I am so thankful to have found dee. I am a little sad about price increase since covid but understand as they can not work on the same number of people they were before covid. You pay in advance now when you book your appointment online. Highly recommend!!

I happened to be in the midst of a headache so bought it on the spot. Last week was my first visit and first time for acupuncture and now I'm hooked. I've been going twice a week for the last two weeks. The first visit I sat down with Megan to review what I was needing in the way of acupuncture and she was great. From there you go into the community room which has lots of comfy chairs. You take off socks and shoes, roll your pants to your knees and have the needles put in. The needles don't feel great but the feeling goes away quickly. Then you hang out or in my case, fall asleep for the 45 minutes you relax. I actually woke myself up from my own snoring. The space is welcoming and totally comfy. And you choose what you want to pay - $20-45 for each session. And they have a punch card for a free session. The staff have been warm and wonderful. I've been telling everyone to come here!
