He was ready and available to meet me at my destination within 30 minutes, I was the one that had to set the appointment for later in the day, we set the appointment for 3 pm. The most on time tow company I have ever worked with, showed up at 3 on the dot! The car was in a garage with a flat tire, he aired the tire up for me and helped push it out the garage! He made sure to take extra care of the driveway, car and all on both pick up and drop off of the car. The entire drive to the destination you could see him continually checking the car to make sure everything was correct and wouldn't damage the car. There was a 15 mile drive to the destination (30 mins) and the whole process took an hour including the drive. He works fast but incredibly safe!! I couldn't recommend this company more!!!!

The driver almost damaged it again while unloading it, We reported it immediately and the driver said he will make note of it, when we filed a claim, they made us get an inspection and estimate out of our pocket, only for them to deny it, even though the driver took pictures before towing and we provided pictures of the damage (This happened in Dec. and was very cold, We had two kids with us and our Lyft ride arrived same time the tow truck so I was not able to record anything) **to reply to your message, because obviously you turned off commenting on this, your driver was too lazy to position his truck properly, it was in an open parking lot, instead he parked the truck for his convenience of leaving the parking lot quickly, my car's alignment doesn't have anything to do with the damage your driver caused! My car is regularly serviced With new tires even. We reported it immediately to where it needs to be reported, We are in the process of getting this matter to court!**
