So it hasn't changed much in 3 years from the last review. Took 4-5 calls for them to finally complete the project. Would not recommend.

really? what a joke this office is. i called with intentions of hiring this company to do some site planning for me and i left a message first thing in the AM with a engineer named mike or john and was promised a call back before close of business. Well that never happened. so i called the next morning and the receptionist said that he was not in the office today so i asked her why i did not receive a call yesterday like i was promised. she said "how would i know" HUH? REALLY" so i left another message for Gordon. i then get call in the afternoon from Gordon asking how could he help. i said im sorry Gordon but i did not receive a call in a timely manor so i called another company and they took care of me and oh did he get mad. He said that he hopes that this other company can do what his can do and laughed and hung up on me while i was talking. so i called back and was transferred to his phone and he then hung up again. so i called again and asked the receptionist who the owner of this company was and she told me she could not give out this info. like its not public information. then he got back on the phone and i asked him if this is how he treated all his potential customers .. what rude ass people and i assume they have bags full of money under there desks where they can be jerks to people on the phone. customer service is KEY in any business and apparently this company needs some training right away.. read more
