The repairs were behind schedule, but there wasn't any communication. I had to call, and call again; often getting a message that they were busy will customers in the lobby and I would have to try again. Parts weren't delivered on-time and it still took longer than I was told to get it done. I picked up my equipment after a full month. The full maintenance overhaul I requested was done and the mower ran great. I immediately used it for a full day of clearing my overgrown yard, side yard, back yard, extra acre, etc. Howard's will get the job done, but you will have to follow up and expect it to take longer than estimated.
