Meet the Business Owner: Leonard L.

Leonard has been doing concrete work since he was 14 years old. He started out working for his fathers concrete business L&L Construction and worked with his father and brother until 1995 when the business was sold and he went to work for Dakota Ready Mix. Leonard worked for Dakota Ready Mix & later renamed Dakota RM for 18 years running a crew. In 2013, He struck out on his own & started Four Square Concrete LLC and has never looked back. Leonard absolutely loves what he does and is a perfectionist in the extreme when it comes to concrete. His son has been working with him also since the start of the business. He is following in his fathers footsteps by starting concrete at the age of 14 and loving every minute of it.
