Horrible experience with this company. The estimated charges (and required deposits) increased substantially at almost every step of our move from NC to AZ. They were subcontracted by another Florida company, Pan American Moving & Storage Inc, which grossly underestimated the charges at the outset, and charges seemed to increase substantially at almost every further step. Four Seasons Moving did not perform well after loading our shipment, delivering it to us approximately 16 days after the target date for delivery and supplying very little information on the shipment's status during the interim. They work with a broker company that hires them. The broker company says what they need to and sends you legal documents to read over and a request for the down-payment. Read the paperwork as the broker will lie to you to get your business. The broker quotes won't match the movers costs, and the movers charge a huge fee for the adjustment. They add charges to the move that shouldn't have been for "long carry" and the number of steps in a stair case. I moved from FL on 10/24/2025 and informed them I was ready for delivery on 11/4/2025. They told me to expect delivery in 2-4 days. They time has come and gone. They won't answer my calls for updates. I contacted the broker and gor an update of a delivery date of 11/18/2025. They had my belongings for a month. Sylvia and Megan are incompetent liars. Told me my things were on a truck when in fact they were setting in a warehouse in Hollywood FL. Then when the truck showed up, the wrong boxes were on it. The load belonged to a man in PA. His things were then stored in a storage unit in New Orleans. Then two weeks later, I get a call from a woman that because she is driving a hauler, she can't navigate my street. I had to rent a U-Haul and a mover to unload from her to my truck and go less than a mile. There are no laws to protect us. Do not hire a broker. You don't know who is bidding on your load. What should have been a joyous move turned into a nightmare. They need to be put out of business. read more

They kept my 700+ dollars deposit and now I'm stuck moving on my own because they LIED about the cost. Avoid this company, they will take advantage of you and keep your money. I stupidly contracted with a broker for my interstate move and Four Seasons was subcontracted as the carrier. Pick up was fine. I had more boxes than I initially expected so I was OK with my cost going up on the pick-up date. After my stuff was picked up, I heard nothing from the company for weeks while my belongings sat in a warehouse in Hollywood, FL. After about 3 weeks, my things actually started moving west, only to get stuck in another warehouse in LA for almost another 2 weeks. Four Seasons ended up subcontracting my stuff to another carrier. The guys who delivered my belongings were great. But then there was confusion about who I needed to pay as both companies claimed I needed to send them the final payment upon delivery. Four Seasons eventually cleared it up with the other company and it was fine. This was a terrible experience overall, though. read more

Impossibly bad service. I have moved over a dozen times, often with professional movers. I take care to pack my items and leave heavier furniture items in the care of professionals who I expect to wrap and carefully move my items, especially when I am paying over $3,000. I was moving from North Carolina to Virginia. These movers arrived called over the weekend to say they would arrive from 10am-12pm on Monday. That same Monday, they called at 11am to let me know they would arrive around 2pm. Strike one. Most movers I have worked with provide clear delivery windows in the morning, afternoon, or evening. When they arrived late, they told me that it would cost nearly an extra $1,000 to move all my things. I'm used to some variation in quotes, but I found that number ridiculous. I told them to take the furniture items but to leave everything else because I could rent a U-Haul and drive it myself for much cheaper. The driver grew upset and very unpleasant. Strike two - it's normal to have variation and people are allowed to refuse to pay extra. Better to work with them to figure out what to leave behind than to throw a fit. They loaded my things into the truck with minimal effort (photos attached). I was promised that my items would be carefully wrapped for the move. Instead, they were thrown into the bed of the truck. You can see two wooden stools in the truck without any protection. When I received them at my destination, they were badly scratched and one was missing its foot. A Dyson fan was put unwrapped into the truck and came apart completely. My sofa was loaded vertically (not a good practice to protect the integrity of furniture) and ended up with a tear. My metal table was not wrapped and now has irreparable corner damage. Strike three - don't move heavy items and not wrap them, even if it is for a short drive. They refused to provide a delivery window at pickup and told me to call the dispatcher, who stopped replying to my calls by Wednesday. I received my things the following Thursday (so 10 days after pickup). The movers who dropped my things off did not help with reassembly or disposing of the plastic wrap, which is what I was promised. I asked to speak with someone about compensation for my damaged items and was given a vague promise about someone being in touch. I know what white glove moving service is like and it's far from what they offer. This company is a nightmare. If I could give zero stars, I would. It's been several days and no one has contacted me about compensation for my damaged items, which is why I went ahead and shared my honest review. If anything changes on that front, I will update. Just a note - they were subcontracted this work by a larger company called Emerald Movers. I hope that Emerald has a conversation with them about better moving practices for the future to ensure there is alignment between the sales team and movers on the job. read more

I was stuck with these guys by using a broker to arrange a cross-country move - DO NOT USE A BROKER IF YOU ARE MOVING. The experience of both moving out and moving into our new place was awful. First, they were over 4 hours late. Then came a huge up-charge over what was quoted by the broker - DO NOT USE A BROKER IF YOU ARE MOVING. Up charge for STAIRS! Like I didn't tell they person doing the quote that we had 2 stories (I did). More for packing materials and a slew of other stuff. This was when they were there to do the move so they have you over a barrel. AND it took an act of god to get them to take a personal check after they refused to take a card. Before we moved into our new place, we arranged for delivery on a specific date. When it came to about 2 days before the move and I called to confirm, they said they have up to 4 WEEKS within the requested date - unacceptable. After telling them we NEED to have furniture to live in the new place they suggested that for an EXTRA FEE if $1500 we could get our stuff on time. We had no choice. And after everything was delivered they WOULD NOT TAKE A CHECK and insisted on a money order or Venmo or they would not unload. We had neither on a Sunday afternoon, and my wife was in tears. Fortunately, the local Walmart was able to provide 3 individual money orders to cover the balance which included thousands of dollars extra for all of the above. THEN after everything was unloaded LOTS of stuff was broken or damaged. We got nothing to cover the damage after a lot of effort. Updated 7/22: The actual moving guys were so nice and took great care of my things. Shout out to Volvo, "Cowboy Joe" and Angelo, they were great. However, for out of state moving, would not recommend any moving service unless you don't mind waiting 20+ days to receive your stuff. I moved from FL to CO. My stuff was picked up 7/3 and I finally received my stuff on 7/22, 20 days later. I drove my car and cat to CO in two days, including an overnight stay at a hotel halfway. It's expensive to have to wait so long. I paid a total of $8444.70 + $75 fee they charged because unloading/parking was "too far" from my doorstep + I kindly tipped the guys $150 for a grand total of $8669.70! I considered doing the move myself and it would have been half the price. I booked through a third party called American Relocation Services and I guess they outsourced this company called Four Seasons Moving Inc. To recap: Takes way too long and very expensive! Next time, renting the moving truck, hiring local guys to load/unload and driving it myself. Way cheaper and don't have to wait! The price wouldn't have been so bad if it arrived in a timely manner, but definitely not worth it if they take so long. Not convenient at all! read more

Worst experience ever. Thousands of $ worth of damages and they could care less. Negligent packing techniques and careless handling. They quote you and then upcharge for everything like bringing a mattress is $200 into your house and charge for stairs too. They take payment in cash, Zelle, Walmart or USPS. Avoid at all costs. They have late delivery. 4 weeks for our second truck. Battle Moving sent these horrible movera to us for a 900+ move. Stressful enough without ruining so many expensive and irreplaceable items. I told them I was moving one bedroom from 3 rd floor to another 3rd floor with elevato. they charged an elevator fee and walk fee wtf?!? then charged me $350 shuttle fee because they came to deliver in an 18 wheeler that can't fit on any residential street and I had to cover the charge because of their incompetence. the first movers were 2 bums begging for scraps. the 2 one is a big back extortionis as well. my original quote was $2100 ending up being $3200 after the bs fees. This company is so unprofessional, and not organized at all. My wife is very picky on moving companies, and packing items. We hired them through Top tier moving company. They didn't even give us a time frame on the day when they arrive to the house in Ohio. We had them for our move from IL to ohio. They said they were coming to the house on September 21 between 9 am and noon they didn't even show up on time. They showed up around 10:00am, they didnt start moving stuff around 11:00 due to inventory in the morning that they did in the morning. Also, they went from one room to another not to finish the other room, they also didnt label all of the stuff that they were packing in boxes. They charge us even more money. They didn't pack the truck very well at all it was very messy, they said they didn't have no more room in the truck due to the truck was full. They were in a rush and in a hurry to get out of the house. They told us they were going to call us when they first open date and availability was that didn't happen at all they told us it will take about 7 days to bring our stuff to our new house in ohio. My husband called them on wednesday 25th, asking where is our stuff we have had nothing in the house at all. They told him wednesday 25th was first available date and we didn't get no phone call or email from them. On Friday the 27th they showed up on time and unload stuff very fast. The next day on Saturday 28th we were packing all of stuff and I noticed couple items were broken. Especially when my wife put Fragile stickers on the boxes technically they didn't really care about those boxes. I won't trust them at all. read more

If I could rate less than one star I would. Absolute disorganized disaster of a "moving" company. Guy takes your money, contracts the job out to locals via Facebook, and they show up whenever they want. Packed stuff for myself and my pregnant wife from 4:30 pm to 11:30 pm, when they were scheduled to arrive at 7 am. Just threw most of our stuff into large "wardrobe" boxes to use up more cubic footage which cost us over double the original quote. Showed up 10 days late on delivery, damaged drywall and tile in our new home, and were asking my wife and I which unlabeled boxes go where. Travesty of a service and most certainly not the "white glove" service we were charged and paid for. Avoid these guys at all costs! read more

This was one of the worst experiences we have ever had. We moved from North Carolina to Massachusetts. We were quoted an estimate (completely understanding that an estimate is just that and not exact). They were scheduled to arrive on Friday in the morning- but did not show up until 4pm. Upon arrival they did a walk through and stated they were off on their estimate and it would be an additional $2,000. We agreed because we didn't really have a choice at that point (we were closing on our house and had to be out by sunday and at this time it was after hours on friday). Once they were done packing (not until 11:30 pm) they claimed the total jumped an additional $3,000 (overall it was 2.8X more than the original estimate. They also forgot several items that we had to leave behind as we didn't have room in the car. We called on monday to discuss our concerns with them- the price hike, the forgotten items, and that they were not there when we were told they would be- we were directed to Vladimir. He was argumentative, constantly spoke over me and stated they did nothing wrong, there was no way they left anything behind (despite the photos I had to prove it) and they were not willing to do anything to correct the situation. We were also told it could take up to 5 business days for delivery, but the driver assured us it would be by monday or tuesday. When I explained that not only were we charged almost 3x as much, but I am six months pregnant and sleeping on an air mattress because they weren't here- Vladimir stated it could be up to 14 days, they still weren't going to do anything and he was not inclined to help us. Overall we spent a full week in our home with no belongings and were charged almost 3 times as much as we were quoted. They also subcontract their work- there were local movers that came to help unpack the truck. They were phenomenal to deal with, however Vladimir himself was again rude, dismissive and not helpful. We were told by the sales individual that this was door to door service, and everything would be packed and unpacked. Vladimir made minimal efforts to help the other movers, and as soon as all boxes were out of the truck, left. I would give them zero stars if possible. Would not EVER recommend them. read more
