Had nothing but problems with it even after purchasing an additional solar panel. Sent it in once for a rebuild. This year it wouldn't run at all and when we called them they admitted the pump should never have been sold for the depth that was on the label on front of the pump. We were only at 75% of that depth. They promised they would "make it right" and recommended sending it back. After weeks we finally got a call from service letting us know would cost over $440 to fix it. So basically it is trash. I asked them to at least reimburse our cost for shipping it back and no response. Very disappointed.

We were in a fix. We'd had multiple problems over the last two years. Local plumbers had snaked our…read morepipes from the roof, from the toilets, the kitchen, everywhere. Our house was built almost 50 years ago, and I was pretty sure the pipes were the older kind: orangeburg, which crumbles, or PVC pipe called schedule 20 that is only half the thickness of modern PVC pipes and is easily penetrated by roots. But one local plumber said to us, "Problem is, your house, like many older houses, doesn't have a clean-out. It would take us forever, and lots of digging to even find where your pipes run, and where they exit the house. You need to call these guys down in Corn, Oklahoma." They are only 20 miles away, and they have a pipe camera as well as a pipe sounder which allows them to locate your pipes and your problems. So I called these two young guys, Luis and Jacob, and they were just as capable, smart, and professional as I'd been told. They quickly locate our piping, found that we had the older schedule 20 pipe, and used their advanced equipment to follow it and find that as they exited our property, they had been penetrated thoroughly with the most god-awful roots I could imagine. Whats more, they worked with us on price, led us through the process all the way, and in the end, added the clean-out valve we needed for any future problems. (They didn't have to do this.) They are great; I don't know what we would have done without them.
