They phoned me shortly after to tell me they didn't have some of the flowers for the arrangement I ordered & asked if they could substitute other flowers. I told them that was fine; just make it look good. A few hours later, my friend texted me a photo of the arrangement from the visitation; the arrangement looked tasteful & large. My friend said the arrangement was nice enough that her mother was donating it to the church after the funeral.

Dana communicated with me and the hospital multiple times and finally had them delivered to him at his home a distance away once he was home. She ended up having to do the flowers over for several days had passed and when delivered they were the most beautiful arrangement. My friend loved them. She did all of this and stayed within my budget we discussed upon ordering. A most outstanding job was done on the arrangement as well as the communication. I am just sorry she is not in my hometown.
