This past September, I was taking meds multiple times a week for headaches, invested in a mouth guard thinking maybe I was grinding my teeth, questioning all that could be 'wrong' or fixable and still--my hips were locked, my jaw ached, my temples throbbed, and my neck felt like it was fused.
