Shampoozies always responds immediately to text messages and gets us in as soon as she can . She works on her own and always does amazing cuts on all of my pups and is very quick so they don't have to hang out all day in a kennel . When looking at options for her, Dr. Hines was very good at going over his assessment and what to expect with the progression of her end of life care. Seeing all of the poor reviews makes me sad because this has not ever once been my experience with this clinic in 13 years.
