Parking is not included, so their website is a bit misleading on this. There is street parking that's free but it's 2-3 hours parking. No big deal but definitely misleading information from the hotel. Here's the thing. We would stay here again though. It's more like an airbnb than a hotel. There's no one working at the suites so there's no bells and whistles when it comes to service. But the suites were large, nice, clean and near all the things we wanted to do and see on Davis street. We would make sure we got a room w a steam shower next time (our suite had a nice large bathroom and shower but not a steam shower) and we would absolutely make sure we forced an email w our entrance pin out of them before we arrived.

Before booking, I specifically asked the reservation agent whether the "suite" was a true suite--defined as having at least two separate rooms--and was assured that it was. Upon arrival, we discovered that the room was simply a larger single room, not a true suite. When we inquired about availability, we were told that the hotel considers larger rooms to be suites. Because we were tired and did not want to search for alternative lodging, we chose to stay. However, we require a separate bedroom so one person can sleep while the other watches television, which only a true suite provides. We are disappointed by the misleading description and believe this practice reflects poorly on the property. As a result, we cannot recommend this hotel and feel it therefore warrants a low rating.

The fridge smells like it once stored a dead body. The only lock for the door is the key card lock. The other locks are actually busted. And there are spots on the floor with split wood so we had to cover those towels to avoid injury. Our bathroom door has a legit hole in it and the AC unit buttons look like someone got really really angry at it and pressed so hard they got cracked and split. The bathroom smells like it was bleached and chlorined....which is nice but suspicious given that the fridge has that strong odor to it. We haven't smelled cigarette smoke, but there is a strong pot odor in our hallway. This is my first bad review of any place. So...this was pretty bad. I am afraid to leave the room until my boyfriend comes back from work. We leave tomorrow and I cannot wait to get out of here. There's a reason why it is super cheap to stay here. DO NOT STAY HERE.

On our last night of staying there it sounded like someone in the room next door was being beaten. It sounded like a female was abusing a child. We heard what sounded like several slaps. We called the front desk to report the disturbance. The front deck lady knocked on the door and it was quiet for a few minutes. The abuse started again, again we called the front desk. We asked if the police had been called and informed them that it sounded like a child was being abused. We asked if she called the police. The response was no and that they did not answer door!
