Stumbled upon this little jewel of a coffee shop after attending Sunday mass at St. Stephens. We ordered a cappuccino and two iced coffees, which were superb! The muffins were fresh, delicious, flavorful & warm! We LOVE that they offer not dairy milk options like Oat Milk and Almond Milk for those who cannot have dairy. The whole setup of Foundation Coffee is utterly enchanting with the cute outdoor seating area along with everything being procured from a cute little pristine Airstream trailer! Refreshing and just sweet enough. The croissant was delicious! It comes with eggs, bacon, spinach goat cheese and maybe an aioli sauce? It was very very delicious. I couldn't be more underwhelmed with the experience, actually It was quite irritating. They cannot customized any of their sandwiches because they are pre-made in a differnt location with a hefty price. Also cannot give you a cold soda for some odd reason, not sure why anyone would want hot soda. Everything we asked for they couldn't do and it was expensive for what we got. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and I don't see myself going back for any reason. The staff was ok, not much they could do about anything. The reviews and pictureson are very misleading, I wish I could ask for a refund. 2 half sandwiches, 1 coffee and 1 hot soda over $30 ...... skip this place if you can.TO THE OWNER: I see you recognize the problems by your responses from months ago below but you have NOT done ANYTHING to make it better as I ran to the stuff today. There's lots of seating options as it's all outdoors, plenty of shade and the ambience of the huge tree with Spanish moss hanging adds a beautiful touch. Living in Brandon most of my life, I've been waiting for something like this place to show up. The ambiance is really relaxing especially because it's outdoors. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They serve Buddy Brew coffee. Everything about this place is worth the five stars! The furniture and decorations are a big factor in the atmosphere. It reminds me of a really nice backyard and a great place to study outside or catch up with a friend over coffee. Today was my first time visiting, as I am new to the area and needed some real coffee. The place is so cute and has a very nice outdoor ambience. There's different seating areas with inviting touches that include a fire-pit and water feature, making it the perfect outdoor retreat while sipping your favorite drink. I gave this place another chance and I am very happy we did. We didn't try the drive through this time. Our barista Shawn was really nice. We talked about how we were familiar with some of the same coffee shops in Seattle as we have just moved from there. My mom got an excellent iced vanilla latte and I had the cold brew with cream and sf vanilla. The flavor was very smooth and not acidic which is number one to me with coffee. I wish they had a few extra flavors in sugar free. Also wish they had heavy cream. Other than that the service and whole look of this cute place out of a trailer was spot on.
