I believed the exam was optional outside of the treatment since I was only wanting a dry needling and that I'd been a customer for years. Left that day believing I paid $80 on my credit card and was settled up. Received a bill saying I still owe money. Went in to clarify and was talk by front desk and was informed that I was charged $130. Front desk told me that I should've only been charged for my treatment but new people get charged $130 and told me to call billing. Called billing and left a voicemail, never responded and after several days received another bill saying I owe additional $80 for the treatment and was told what I paid the first day was for just an exam. Miscommunication, very rude billing person and ended up paying $170 total for a dry needling stand alone appointment. Will not be back. Go elsewhere for stand alone treatments.
