My son had came in from Montana to attend his grandfather's funeral. He went to Wayne's Western…read morewear to buy a hat for the funeral. The hat needed to be shaped and was told there wasn't anyone available at that time shape it. He informed the sales person of the situation and the sales person texted and called the only person that could shape the hat and was told he would be available in around 30 minutes. He asked if they could call him when he arrived at the store. He waited an hour and a half and no call I called to check to see if the hat shaper had shown up the sales person said he had not arrived yet I asked when they might be there they replied very hatefully he's not coming and hung up the phone. My issue with this situation is around 90% of the stores cowboy hat inventory are hats that need to be shaped and there is only one person that can shape a hat and evidently doesn't give a sh@t about doing that job or training anyone else how to do it either absolutely ridiculous I don't know how you as a store owner with pretty much only unshaped hats and have only one person that can do it and they could give two sh@@s if it gets done or not. I don't recommend this store for anything and I will not step foot back in Wayne's Western wear ever again.

I stopped in for dinner twice and also picked up hotel room snacks and lunches for the week. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant and helpful. The produce section is clean and bright. The grocery aisles were well stocked with a tremendous variety and the prices were clearly marked. Deli had everything I needed and more. Checkout was easy and efficient. Parking lot was clean and since they have associates helping bring stuff out to cars, they did not have a cart problem in the parking lot since the associates are getting them while they're outside.
