I went in without an appointment, but it was a quiet afternoon during the week so I didn't have to wait. I think I spent maybe 5 minutes in the store and left with exactly what I needed. The photos cost 12.50 euros for a set of four. (I don't know if that's considered expensive, but I thought it was fine.) The employees spoke great English and were very helpful. It doesn't look like much from the outside, and some areas of the store do look a bit unfinished/messy, but the service and products are great.
