James helped us with the graphic for our photo strip and was the attendant the day of. They are very responsive via email as I emailed multiple times. Turn around time was less than an hour. FPP was able to work within our budget. The quality of the service and the pictures were top notch and not compromised. James arrived 30 mins before the party started and got everything up and running. They had their own props for us to use and we even made our own by printing pictures and putting them on wooden dowels. Tip: some print outs may not show up well on camera. Try taking your own pictures with flash to make sure they show up in the photo booth. And you should definitely make your own so it's more personalized! We made big faces of my neice. It was so cute!! Their equipment are actually pretty small and compact, so you don't even need a lot of space for their photo booth. We put it in our foyer and it was perfect. We also have access to our pictures online so we can download them and print them on our own. I love that before James left, he gave us a USB loaded with all of the pictures on it. He was also very accommodating when people wanted to get one final picture in even though we ran over our time booked. The photo booth was a huge hit and everyone loved it! Will definitely recommend them and use them again. Thanks FPP!

They were extremely prompt responding to our emails, exceedingly personable (our wedding guests LOVED them) and they allowed us to customize every single thing about our photo booth - we chose the backdrop color and even the photo strip colors down to the wording and font. They came prepared with a TON of cool props and printed extra copies of each strip, putting together a scrapbook for us to keep as a memento. They decorated the book with adorable jewels and personalized it with each guest adding notes next to their picture. The scrapbook was given to us at the end of our wedding and it was so great to look through later that weekend to see all the fun our guests had and read their well wishes, especially because it'll take weeks to get our professional pictures back & we were able to see these right away! OH! AND they put all of the pictures on a Flash Drive for us to keep & also uploaded them to their online gallery (password protected if you'd prefer). Seriously - they were incredible & really thought of everything. We would highly recommend Snapshot Entertainment for any function you're planning. They are well worth the investment. Thank you, ladies!

To my delight, the photo booth ended up being the star of the show. I couldn't have been more pleased with my purchase. There was a steady stream of party goers eager to get their candid photos taken to document a fun night with friends and colleagues. And with their flat rate pricing, I was able to encourage people to use the photo booth as much as they wanted without worrying about extra fees. Not that they needed any encouragement the booth was slammed all night and till this day it's still a topic of conversation from the party attendees. The booth was top notch. Comfortable for two and with the privacy of the lush black curtains, I felt like a kid at the boardwalk arcade snapping a few timeless memories. This isn't your grandfather's photo booth though. Sure it prints out 2 photo strips within seconds of your pose, but it comes complete with large a color LCD display, video recording capabilities, email, and even the ability to post photos directly to facebook! This booth is first class. The booth alone was worth every penny, but what made the whole process a joy was the jovial owners of the company. From the very beginning of the transaction they were a joy to work with. They accommodated my schedule and needs, showed up early and left once the party had cleared out; even though they could have left earlier per our contract. These guys really had an interest in making my party awesome. You can tell they love what they do and love making people happy. Their prices are competitive but that type of service is priceless!
