Bert must be a fake review. My family and I arrived to a genial and relaxed atmosphere (great tunes…read moreguys!). Our photographer was very patient with my busy 2 year old even though we arrived late. We have some amazing pictures by him which are precious. Fast service of our photos and a nice surprise arrived today in the post from the studio (thanks Victoria). We are returning in August when family arrive in Vienna which is our recommendation.
