The base is not too thick, the cream has the right consistency (not too watery, not too thick) and the taste is divine. Fair prices and friendly staff as well. They also bake their own cookies which are very good. Especially the ones with candied oranges and lemons. A nice bakery in a lovely town. Came back for more a few days later. Great stuff.
