To me, we hire the Agencies for the service and customer service, should we have issues because they are the experts to advise us. Buyer beware; this is not the Agency to help you with that. Since everything had to come off anyway, I bought a package deal online from Detroit Axle that included new bearings, rotors, and brake pads for all four wheels. Angel was incredibly accommodating and explained he could easily install the parts I provided.I shopped around for mobile mechanics in the Valrico/Riverview area, and Fair Tech was by far the most affordable. Out of the first five mechanics I called, two never responded and three were significantly more expensive than Angel. Quick Heads-Up: Google still lists Fair Tech as a mobile mechanic, but Angel has since opened a small garage and works out of that physical location now.The turnaround time was fantastic. I dropped my car off around 10:00 AM yesterday. They already had a car on the lift but assured me mine was next. By 4:00 PM, Angel called to let me know the car was done, ready to go, and driving perfectly with no issues. Fair Tech Automotive has earned a customer for life.
