The owners are sweet and friendly, however it takes quite awhile to get your food after you order. However, my main complaint that I have been frustrated with is their store hours. I have went there on 4 different occasions during their "open" hours to find the door locked and the "closed" sign on the door. This included a Saturday at 12:15pm and a Monday at 8:15am- which on their brochure says they should be open. You can imagine it is very frustrating to drive to an establishment during their "open" hours for it to be closed. Unfortunately, when the woman came to my door it was clear she had smoked in the car for my delivery. Additionally, the flowers reeked of cigarette smoke. Super disappointing because obviously smelling the flowers is part of the excitement, I had to spray perfume on the flowers to even be able to keep them in my room because they smelled so bad. The flowers were pretty and the vase as well, just overall a negative experience because they smelled horrible
