We're situated on the sea front and only 75 yards from the first tee at Leven Links Golf Course. We are ideally situated for visiting St Andrews, Edinburgh, and Dundee by car, bus, or train with off-road parking available. Our guest lounge is the perfect place to unwind after a hard day of golfing whilst admiring the view and catching up on the day's sport on Sky TV. After a comfortable night's sleep, you may opt for the full Scottish breakfast the next morning before setting off for more golf, a walk along the Fife Coastal Path, or a local whisky tasting.

History

Established in 2017.

We purchased the bed & breakfast in 2017 and are undertaking an ambitious, multi-phase renovation of this seaside gem (not to interfere with golf season guests!). Check our website and our social media channels often to see our progress.

After running a golf course for 20+ years, I decided to sell up and do the next best thing - buy, renovate, and manage a guest house ideally located near some of the best golfing in the world.
