Very cheap tickets only €6! If you don't speak German, bring a German friend as there were many judgmental looks from staff and elderly guests when we spoke English, could've been the time of day we went? (Early afternoon). Not sure if it's worth the trip out of the main Berlin area and overall I was slightly disappointed because it looked so beautiful in pictures!

Beautiful little retreat in the middle of the park. I just wish the no-cycling rule would be better…read moreadhered to though. There's always one antagonistic, tacky, common oik who cycles though the garden (or uses any of the other many means of transport) and upsets people who just sit there minding their own business and appreciate the calm and quiet. Other than that... just a lovely quiet place to read a good book or ponder the universe.
