Weeks past after my procedure and I was numbed in the right side. I called his office and the receptionist talked to him and communicated back with me stating to give it time. More weeks passed and I was seen by him and his words were "it is what it is. There's nothing I can do". A year has passed and I am still numbed. DO NOT TRUST HIM. He is in this business for the money and has zero compassion for the clients.

She asked if I wanted to RE-schedule again and I told her no thank you I would be looking for a new dentist. I have been a patient with the Aspen Dental company for over 5 years and have never been treated this way. I set aside 2 separate days for these appointments and they thought nothing of my inconvenience.

That is all they did and said they didn't have time for a cleaning. They charged $300 today and want another $300 when he goes back. They gave a treatment plan for of $2000 for 2 composite fillings. There is a special place in hell for people like this! I wish I had gone with him. It sounds to me that they are now a 'retail' dentistry.
