Something has changed with this company. Used several times prior to 2023 without issue. But this…read morelast year, August; ordered gravel to be delivered and that is when the nightmare started. Consistent delays and lies in the office of promised dayes and calls. No calls since the order was purchased. Finally I gave up forst of Dec, yes, December. Tried calling, now closed during the week even though I was told in Oct that they would be open thru out the winter. Omission of details is still lying. I called my credit card to start the chargeback process, found another company to deliver. Ordered on a Monday, delivered on Thursday. But guess what, now suddenly Floods deivered their order. No calls, no communications. Again, something has changed. Please be aware and get everything in writing and be prepared for legal path if contract is not fullfilled. Horrible experience and will no longer do any business with this unprofessional company.
